How to List Your Property

1. Register An Account

Choose "Landlord Register" on the left side of the website. This will allow you to create an account on our site. It ensures that all your information is saved for the future.

Choose which option you are more interested in. "Landlords Only" is for owners with a minimal amount of rentals. The "Realtors Only" section is for realtors, and landlords with a higher quantity of available apartments for rent.

2. Fill out our Short Registration

Once you selected what kind of account you are interested in, you will need to fill out our short registration form. We do not sell any of your information to any third-parties. Once you finish filling out this form, you will be emailed an email informing you of your newly opened account.

3. Login to Our Website

Use your newly created username and password to log into our site. If you forgot your password, you can select the option below the login box and you will recieve an email with your login information.

4.Manage Your Listings

Once logged into our site, you will see a new menu appear on the left side - select "Manage Listings" from that menu. This will allow you to go ahead an purchase additional credits to post apartments on our site.

5.Register on our site

Since you do not have any credits on our site yet, you will need to purchase some. Select that option from your account. It will then lead you to our secure purchase form.

6.Fill Out our Secure Form

Select one of our rate plans. It will tell you how long your listings will last for and how many listings you can have at a time. Once you select this, fill out the rest of the information below the plans. Our form is secure.

7.Thank You for Ordering

Please select LOG OUT from the options infront of you. This will allow your account to refresh itself. Log back into our website using step #3 on this page.

8.Review Your Updated Account

Ensure that your account is credited, If not - please contact us regarding this and we will verify your transaction. Once you confirm that your account is correctly credited, please select "Manage Listings"

9.Add a New Listing

Select the only available option to your account. This will allow you to continue to the form to post a new listing on our site.

10.Register on our site

Fill out the form that asks for information about your available apartment. You can add pictures at this point if you choose. Pictures of the apartment are all optional.
